I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Dolomites. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were welcoming and always went the extra mile to ensure guests had a great experience. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, well decorated, and clean. I particularly loved the additional sleeping couch, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing, with a buffet table offering a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed starting my day with a hearty meal before heading out to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Located close to a beautiful lake, the hotel provides free transport to the ski slopes. the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with a nice view. Services are good, including a heated storage for boots, clean spa, sauna, jacuzzi. the breakfast is varied, and the food tasty, with excellent desserts every night. the bar is open till late.

The hotel could improve the variety and quality of the dinner menu.

Spending this New Year at a winter resort close to ski slopes made my stay unforgettable. The mountains and surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful, perfect for skiing, and very close to the winter sports area. We enjoyed the ski lift and the spa. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it was cleaned every day. The hotel also offered a tasty buffet breakfast and the staff were friendly.

We found the hotel to be quite noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. Additionally, the staff seemed disorganized and lacked professionalism. At times we encountered rude staff members, making our overall stay less comfortable. Finally, while the food was good, the restaurant lacked variety.
